Performance Characteristics:
With automatic controlling system, double breast water tank makes automatic water supply, automatic alternative drainage and automatic testing controlling on quantity of emulsion water and emulsified asphalt, which realizes continuous production by means of electric tuning valve controlling on the flow ratio.
Emulsifying machine adopts the special regulating structure of the clearance between stator and rotor. It makes good performance of wear resistance and corrosion resistance to ensure result and stability of emulsification.
High efficiency heat exchanger can realize the heat exchange of finished emulsified asphalt and cooling water, which not only improves the stability of emulsified asphalt storage but also saves clear water heating expense to reduce production cost and make the process environment friendly and energy saving.
