Performance Characteristics:
The structure is of container style which is convenient for moving and working in the field.
High efficiency heat exchanger can realize the heat exchange of finished emulsified asphalt and cooling water, which not only improves the stability of emulsified asphalt storage but also saves clear water heating expense to reduce production cost and make the process environment friendly and energy saving.
The rotating speed of asphalt pump can be regulated by frequency conversion timing motor. The emulsified water flow quantity can be regulated through regulating valve (shown in flow meter), thus controlling the content of asphalt in emulsified asphalt (water and asphalt ratio) accurately and easily showing.
All the materials that touch the emulsified mixture are made of high quality stainless steel with good corrosion resistance.
